The boys drink and review Awkward Silence, a black lager from Flying Dog, then discuss a conversation between Milo Yiannopoulos and Tucker Carlson about homosexuality, gay rights, and related issues. A 2012 clip from Ugandan TV went viral after the host asked his guest, "Why are you gay?" To American audiences the question itself was hilarious. But why is it hilarious? Tucker explores that with Milo. Milo Yiannopoulos was, for years, the darling of the political right -- despite being a flambouyant homosexual. He also claimed to be a devout Catholic. The intellectual tension eventually got the better of him and now he claims to be an ex gay. Is that a thing? Are people allowed to quit being homosexual? Is it even possible? Milo says yes. He also has a lot more to say about gay culture, the gay lifestyle, and related issues. He's still a provocateur, and he still makes exaggerated claims, but it's an interesting conversation. Ross Patterson and Dan Hollaway are joined by special guest Milo Yiannopoulos as we discuss why Hillary Clinton is definitely going to enter the 2020 election, Milo's hatred for Don Lemon, why he has enough gay friends in his life, why he thinks different religions are ruining civilization as we know it, and why him and Dan should settle down together.
When the duo of Art Kulik and Ashton Bingham created Trilogy Media, a YouTube channel featuring live skits to annoy and generally waste the time of incessant telemarketing calls they were being besieged with, they didn't realize that they were starting a social media juggernaut which also provided instruction to viewers seeking to avoid the scams. The team now makes live appearances across the country at such places like nursing homes where the most vulnerable victims of these scams reside so they can teach these audiences how to avoid falling into these traps. As the holiday season approaches, these scams will even increase with a wave of fake charity callers looking to raise funds. Both Ashton and Art will join me to talk about their work. Milo Yiannopoulos has a new book out, Diabolical: How Pope Francis Has Betrayed Clerical Abuse Victims Like Me—and Why He Has To Go, and in Diabolical, Milo levels his critical eye at the Catholic Church, an institution he reveres but which, under the leadership of what he calls a "Lavender Mafia", has become shambolic and depraved. Milo delves into “Who is the real Pope Francis?” “And can the Church survive him?” Yiannopoulos traces the origins of the Church's descent into sin and shame, pointing the finger at left-wing reformers, trendy progressive bishops, gay clergy, and ultimately, Francis himself. Milo will join me to discuss the book. Don't forget about the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day!
