Dave Washington announces condolences for the Scott and Evans families, and introduces Captain David Brooks, a retired Chattanooga Fire Department Operations Captain. Brooks discusses his career, including his time at Clark University and his role as Adrian Rutledge's assistant at Dillard University. Victor Ingram, a military veteran and board member of the Armstrong Foundation, shares his background and involvement with the foundation, which supports education and community endeavors in West Las Vegas.
