I would think your brain might automatically take you to the early 1980's, when his iconic West German metal band, ACCEPT, ruled the charts with the classic "Balls to the wall." That said, I've kept an eye on him over the years and watched his legend grow along with his never ending passion for entertaining his audience. He's the biggest and brightest from a generation of musicians that have died off or retired. Would I mention the word retirement around UDO? Not on your life.
