An anthology series with a common theme of ‘death’ threaded through, falls flat at almost every turn. In today’s episode I discuss why I think it didn’t quite hit the mark and what it could’ve looked like instead. While I don’t recommend the movie as a whole, the few shorts discussed / listed below are, in my opinion, a step above the rest with, “T is for Toilet” being the best of the bunch. Anyone interested / curious please please please do your research before viewing, many trigger warnings and graphic content. Spoilers ahead but I have timestamped the movies in case you only wanted to check out one or two: ‘D is for Dogfight’ – Marcel Sarmiento – 12:19 ‘I is for Ingrown’ – Jorge Michel Grau – 14:11 ‘N is for Nuptials’ – Banjong Pisanthanakun – 16:04 ‘P is for Pressure’ – Simon Rumley – 17:06 ‘T is for Toilet’ – Lee Hardcastle – 18:54 Hope you enjoy!!
