Before becoming a beauty founder, Sulewski was one of the original beauty YouTubers. She started her YouTube channel when she was just 13 years old, under the name BeyondBeautyStar, posting makeup tutorials, vlogs, and other lifestyle content. By the time she graduated high school, she’d grown a massive following that allowed her to monetize her content as an official YouTube partner and make her hobby her full-time job. Claudia’s status as an internet sensation reached new heights when Teen Vogue tapped her to host the publication’s YouTube channel as a red carpet correspondent. Her years of experience shooting and editing her own content and using herself as talent for her creative vision were also crucial when she expanded into traditional acting and directing. She’s gone on to lead a successful career on and off camera since getting her start on YouTube, booking roles for hit shows like Shrinking and directing music videos for her fiancè, Grammy Award–winning artist Finneas O’Connell. Her career has now come full circle with Cyklar after years of filming GRWM videos and self-care routines for her millions of loyal followers.

In 2022, Claudia Sulewski had her breakout acting role in the indie film “I Love My Dad,” which had its world premiere at the 2022 South by Southwest Film Festival. The comedy feature was written and directed by James Morosini and stars Patton Oswalt, Morosini, Sulewski, and Rachel Dratch. Oswalt's character impersonates ‘Becca’ (Sulewski) online in order to get the details of his depressed, isolated son's life. Things begin to spiral when his son (played by Morosini) falls for ‘Becca’ and wants to meet in person. After its premiere, the film was awarded the Grand Jury Prize for Narrative Feature and won the Narrative Feature Competition Audience Award. Magnolia Pictures acquired the comedy and released it in theaters on August 5, 2022, followed by an on-demand release on August 12, 2022. “I Love My Dad” also became available for streaming on Hulu on December 16, 2022. Beginning her career on YouTube and Instagram, Sulewski quickly grew an extensive following with her vibrant personality in front of the camera. She has garnered over 3 million subscribers and over 240 million total views across her two YouTube channels, which feature content focused on beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. She has also amassed over 2 million followers on Instagram. Sulewski’s success as a Digital Content Creator enabled her to explore other passions in the entertainment space, including hosting and correspondence work and acting. In 2022, she took on her first directorial role helming the music video for FINNEAS’s hit single, “Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa.” In 2019, Sulewski launched a clothing and accessories collection in partnership with Nordstrom B.P., which was available both online and in stores nationwide. She has also developed working relationships with prestigious brands such as Prada, YSL Beauty, Versace, Calvin Klein, Armani, Gucci, Dior, and Chanel. Currently, Sulewski resides in Los Angeles. Most recently, Claudia’s biggest accolade has been launching her very own brand, CYKLAR, a body care line, launched in October 2023. Claudia has been working on CYKLAR tirelessly for years - building a genderless, super clean and effective line of products equally focused on vessels and formulations that are better for you and the planet. The brand is a true reflection of who Claudia is and how she lives her life. Products are available for purchase online at cyklar.com.
