  • American Rare Earths Chris Gibbs Discusses "Generational Opportunity" for US Rare Earth Independence
    Investor.News

American Rare Earths Limited (ASX: ARR | OTCQX: ARRNF) stands at the forefront of securing America's critical mineral independence, underscored by CEO Chris Gibbs’s bold assertion at PDAC 2025 that the Halleck Creek project is poised to be a "generational opportunity." Gibbs highlighted the project's impressive scale—a 2.63 billion-tonne JORC-certified resource, making it "the largest rare earth deposit in the heart of the United States." This enormous deposit, strategically located in Wyoming, offers significant advantages, including streamlined permitting processes due to its state land tenure, which circumvents extensive federal regulatory delays. "Our target to bring this into production is 2029, and we won't get embroiled in ten years plus of federal permitting," Gibbs confidently stated. The company's partnership with BMO Capital Markets has drawn significant industry attention, with Gibbs emphasizing that BMO "looked under the hood and liked what they saw." The dual resource at Halleck Creek, totaling 2.63 billion tonnes, has the potential to produce significant quantities of essential magnetic rare earth elements, critical for modern technologies. Gibbs underscored the strategic importance of domestic sourcing: "We don't need Greenland, we don't need Ukraine—it's right at home, homegrown rare earths." This sentiment aligns with American Rare Earth's strategic plans for full integration—from mining to processing—of rare earth oxides domestically, aiming to significantly reduce U.S. dependence on foreign suppliers, particularly China.About American Rare Earths LimitedAmerican Rare Earths (ASX: ARR | OTCQX: ARRNF | ADR: AMRRY) is a critical minerals company at the forefront of reshaping the U.S. rare earths industry. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Wyoming Rare (USA) Inc., the company is advancing the Halleck Creek Project in Wyoming—a world-class rare earth deposit with the potential to secure America’s critical mineral independence for generations. The Halleck Creek Project boasts a JORC-compliant resource of 2.63 billion tonnes, representing approximately 16% of the greater Halleck Creek project surface area, making it one of the largest rare earth deposits in the United States. Located on Wyoming State land, the Cowboy State Mine within Halleck Creek offers cost-efficient open-pit mining methods and benefits from streamlined permitting processes in this mining-friendly state. With plans for onsite mineral processing and separation facilities, Halleck Creek is strategically positioned to reduce U.S. reliance on imports—predominantly from China—while meeting the growing demand for rare earth elements essential to defense, advanced technologies, and economic security. As exploration progresses, the project’s untapped potential on both State and Federal lands further reinforces its significance as a cornerstone of U.S. supply chain security. In addition to its resource potential, American Rare Earths is committed to environmentally responsible mining practices and continues to collaborate with U.S. Government-supported R&D programs to develop innovative extraction and processing technologies for rare earth elements. The opportunities ahead for Halleck Creek are transformational, positioning it as a multi-generational resource that aligns with U.S. national priorities for critical mineral independence.

  • American Rare Earths' Chris Gibbs on Accelerating the Halleck Creek Critical Minerals Project in WY
    Investor.News

In a recent interview with Investor.News host Tracy Hughes, Chris Gibbs, CEO and Executive Director of American Rare Earths Limited (ASX: ARR | OTCQX: ARRNF), provided a comprehensive update on the company’s progress at the Halleck Creek Project in Wyoming. American Rare Earths is focused on advancing Halleck Creek, a major rare earth deposit in the U.S., which Gibbs describes as “the largest rare earths deposit in the heart of the United States.” With a JORC resource estimate of 2.34 billion tonnes, Halleck Creek has shown substantial rare earth mineralization from surface to a depth of 300 meters. Reflecting on the critical nature of this project, Gibbs noted, “The U.S. government is desperately seeking to have these [rare earths] processed domestically,” emphasizing the strategic importance of developing a secure and sustainable rare earth supply chain within the country. Gibbs highlighted recent support from the Wyoming government, which has committed over $10 million in funding for the project, allowing American Rare Earths to claim reimbursement of $0.50 for every dollar spent on development. This backing underscores Wyoming’s commitment to revitalizing its mining sector amid a decline in coal. “We have outstanding support from the Wyoming government,” Gibbs remarked, noting the significance of Wyoming’s designation as a top mining jurisdiction. American Rare Earths also received a non-binding Letter of Interest from the U.S. Export-Import (EXIM) Bank, indicating potential funding of up to $456 million under EXIM’s Make More in America Initiative. This support, according to Gibbs, is a vital step in advancing Halleck Creek and building a domestic rare earth supply chain. With the completion of recent drilling at the Cowboy State Mine within the Halleck Creek district, the company is now preparing for a pre-feasibility study (PFS) to further define project economics and develop mine plans. As Gibbs shared, the project’s location on state lands enables a fast-tracked permitting timeline of under two years, an advantage critical for accelerating production to meet the urgent demand for rare earths in the U.S.

  • Chris Gibbs on Advancing American Rare Earths’ Halleck Creek Project and Building a U.S. Rare Earth Supply Chain
    Investor.News

In a recent interview with InvestorNews’ Jack Lifton, Chris Gibbs, CEO of American Rare Earths Limited (ASX: ARR | OTCQX: ARRNF), discussed the current status and future plans for the company’s Halleck Creek Project in Wyoming. Gibbs, who previously held the CEO position before stepping into a non-executive director role, has returned to lead the company at a pivotal time. He emphasized the significance of recent drill results, including 299.1 meters at 4,393 ppm Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO), highlighting the project’s substantial resource of 2.34 billion tonnes. The Halleck Creek Project, specifically the Cowboy State Mine area, is a focus for ARR due to its location on state lands, which enables fast-tracked permitting. Gibbs noted that the project benefits from Wyoming government support, including over $7 million in non-dilutive state funding, a key factor in advancing the project toward its pre-feasibility study (PFS). Gibbs explained that ARR’s vision extends beyond mining to producing rare earth metals within the United States, positioning itself as a domestic supplier of neodymium (Nd) and praseodymium (Pr). “Just producing the concentrate and shipping that off to China is not the way forward,” Gibbs remarked, emphasizing the importance of local processing to create metal products for the U.S. market. With infrastructure such as high-voltage power lines and proximity to major transport routes, Halleck Creek offers logistical advantages. Gibbs outlined a production timeline for the critical minerals project, with ongoing environmental monitoring and engineering work, and he underscored the potential for further state and federal funding.

  • Republicans Speak Out Against Trump
    The Hot Dish

Please note: This episode was recorded before the assassination attempt against former President Trump last weekend. It contains honest, authentic criticism of President Trump's administration's policies from Republicans and former Republicans, including an expert who served in that administration. This criticism is based on the real outcomes of actual policies, and we think it's fair and important for our audience to hear it. This is how we address the differences in our political views. Violence is never a way to resolve our differences, political or otherwise. We deplore it. Welcome back to another episode of The Hot Dish, where we dive deep into the heart of America's rural and small-town landscapes. On today's episode we have Chris Gibbs, a full-time farmer and former Republican now aligned with the Democratic Party. Chris opens up about his journey from the local Republican party to his current position, driven by his discontent with the Trump administration's tariffs and mishandling of the agricultural sector. We will also be joined by Elizabeth Neumann, a former Homeland Security official during the Bush and Trump administrations and esteemed author of Kingdom of Rage: The Rise of Christian Extremism and the Path Back to Peace . Elizabeth delves into her deep concerns about the rise of domestic extremism in the United States and the ideologies associated with that. In this episode, we explore the rapid shifts toward political violence, the dangerous rhetoric of certain leaders, and the profound—yet, always tragic—consequences of radicalization. • Ep. 14 : Chris Gibbs - Crankin To Cure Cancer

Good morning Dads and Friends of Dads! Today we have Chris Gibbs of Crankin To Cure Cancer joining Aaron & Devon on the cast. In May 2017, Chris was diagnosed with Stage III colon cancer. Chris was 45 years old, an avid cyclist, wild land firefighter, professional photographer and family man with a loving wife and two daughters ages 13 and 11. You can imagine how a diagnosis like this would be tough to deal with, but that's just the start of Chris's story. In his own words : "This is when I turned towards the bike, and bike family for healing power and called it Crankin To Cure Cancer. Riding and racing my bike provided me with a sense of normalcy and I heeded to a friends advice 'You're not dying from cancer but living with it'. At the time, this was the way I chose to deal with it. I would show to others how to fight, and attack this thing that attacked me. It can happen to anyone, and all I wanted to do was to give anyone, if just one person, a sense of hope, encouragement, to fight, to Do Something! So I raced and rode my bike throughout all 12 of my chemotherapy sessions.,100 days straight. I worked with a local cycling clothing manufacturer and developed the Crankin To Cure Cancer Kit which I made public and 10% of each kit purchased went to someone fighting against cancer. I simply used it as a way to get through my battle with cancer and in the meantime if I could encourage one person to help someone with cancer, to donate to a cancer foundation, or to encourage someone fight and keep on living, I considered that a good day." Chris introduces the Do Something! idea and how it came to be. Devon is killin' it at work! Aaron tells us his favorite ride (and how you can join too!) **NEWS** Our Cool Dads Cycling Kit preorder closes TONIGHT at MIDNIGHT.
