Like, my gosh, I could never, how do these people do this? So I, I either had two choices. I could run away or I could stay." — Butch Hartman [00:08:40 → 00:08:50] Viral Topic: The True Meaning Behind "Apple of My Eye": "What it means is you're so close to someone, you could see your own reflection in their eye." — Butch Hartman [00:10:05 → 00:10:11] Viral Origins of Fairly OddParents: "If I could just create my own show, I would have a job, right? You'll never see it when you watch the show unless you know what to look for. Danny's the light coming into the darkness and he's fighting all these, you know, A lot of Christians will miss out on fun stories sometimes. Oh, you can't watch that, they'll turn it off. Sometimes there might be a message in there you might want to see." — Butch Hartman [00:15:39 → 00:15:57] The Power of Christian Cartoons for Kids: "Had I had a Christian cartoon to watch at that time, I might have thought differently. I might have learned differently. I might have understood things differently and not let so many things scare me or upset me." — Butch Hartman [00:19:03 → 00:19:13] Viral Topic: The Power of Practice in Artistic Growth "And by the way, All your drawings aren't going to be great, but as you get, as you practice, they're going to get better and they're going to, and they're, you're going to see improvement, but you got to practice." — Butch Hartman [00:20:27 → 00:20:37] Bark proactively works to monitor, detect, and alert you to potential issues on your kids' devices. • ABW 22 - The God of the Suddenly (with Butch Hartman)
    A Better Way

This is an inspiring follow-up testimony to a previous episode, “ABW 14 - Taking Back Family Entertainment”, with Butch Hartman ( listen at this link: https://anchor.fm/abetterway/episodes/ABW-14---Taking-Back-Family-Entertainment-e3ll6d ) . In the previous episode from July 2018, Butch describes his Spirit-led journey out of Hollywood and Nickelodeon, to starting his own family-friendly entertainment network called Oaxis. At the end of last episode, Butch made a bold declaration that they would collect the rest of the $250,000 total funding needed for the Kickstarter campaign. At the time of the last episode, they still had over $100,000 left. In this episode, Butch describes a miraculous “divine appointment” with an investor he met with for 45 minutes (and didn’t know at all before!) who felt led to contribute the last $30,000 needed to fund the campaign. This was incredibly timely, since the fundraising deadline needed to be reached within less than 6 hours from the time of the meeting. They went on to raise a total of $268,000 to surpass their goal. God truly is “the God of the Suddenly”! This serves as an amazing testimony of the power of declarations made in faith, “calling those things which do not exist as though they did” (Romans 4:17). To connect with Butch, email him at butch@oaxis.tv for more information about what Oaxis is up to, as well as discussing a potential investment in the company as they continue to build their high-quality, family-friendly entertainment streaming service.
